Pimento Cheese
Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
- 10 oz sharp cheddar cheese, coarse shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese (room temp)
- 3 oz mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp white onion, finely diced
- 2 oz pimentos diced
- 1 large jalapeño, diced
- 1/2 tsp ground Cayenne or habanero pepper
Procedure
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and onion
- Mix in cheddar cheese
- Mix in pimentos, jalapeño, and Cayenne
- Refrigerate
