Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 10 oz sharp cheddar cheese, coarse shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temp)
  • 3 oz mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp white onion, finely diced
  • 2 oz pimentos diced
  • 1 large jalapeño, diced
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cayenne or habanero pepper

Procedure

  1. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and onion
  2. Mix in cheddar cheese
  3. Mix in pimentos, jalapeño, and Cayenne
  4. Refrigerate
